Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Pelham - Riverchase

I took my 2 1/2 yr old son there this weekend 4/21/18 for his haircut. All in all it wasn't bad. The stylist was very sweet to my son and handled him well. Really the only thing I guess I have to complain about is the price. 18 dollars to cut my son's hair. I think that's a little ridiculous. But because of the 18 dollar price I'll be finding somewhere else to get his haircut at.

Melissa and Raegan where the two in the store when I arrived. Both welcomed me with a big smile and a ,"Hello, welcome to sports clips!" Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Melissa did a great cut and I will be back again.

I came in at around 11:15 am on 6/19. There were 3 employees working at the time. No other customers in the shop at the time. One was sitting in a chair, one was sweeping, and one was at the register looking down at something. I stood there waiting for about 3 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed help. NOBODY every acknowledged that I was there. Needless to say I took my business else where.
