Tracie W. cut my hair and this is the 2nd time she has butchered it. One side above my ear is white walled which I never asked for and the other is low cut how it should be. I went years trying to avoid this woman and did for about 3 years or more and what do you know happened to be her and the SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED! She is at the pelham location since the last time in Alabaster. It really is ridiculous how someone can do their job for so long and not get better. The best thing she did was wear a mask.

I went in for a haircut and beard trim. I got a haircut and beard trim, paid, and halfway home I started seeing that my neck was turning red, my beard wasn?t lined up and my mustache was turned too high up so I had a pencil mustache now (I didn?t look that closely in the store unfortunately). I called angrily saying there is no way to fix this and that I wanted a refund. Kathy (who butchered my beard and messed up my haircut) said ?oh I don?t know? in regards to giving me a refund for her horrible work. The pictures below or showing how red my neck (and later even a line on my head) turned from who knows what she did. I cut my beard off myself since it was ruined. My hair also seems to have had the ends on my bangs split so I?ll be wearing a hat for a while. Kathy said as I sat down that so far she had cut two kids hair and they both cried that day so that should have been a red flag; they didn?t cry because they were kids but because she is awful at cutting hair. Not going to be going back to a sports clips after this.

Fantasia did a great, conscientious job and took her time. Highly-recommended!
